Yes, we offer all our clients the option to pay payments towards their accommodations. All payment amounts are made at the discretion of the client no scheduled payment dates are necessary.

The difference between using Maxim Concierge Services and utilizing the online booking tool is we have onsite Certified Travel Professionals who have decades of travel experience and will provide a convenient hassle-free service throughout your booking experience.

Online booking tools do not negotiate pricing with suppliers nor put together exclusive packages that are tailored to your specific travel needs.

“Deposits” are also optional for travelers to secure their travel arrangements by paying a low deposit fee.

No there is no upfront booking fee. Although there is an adequate amount of time and preparation that goes into personally preparing the travel packages there is NOT a upfront booking fee.

Yes, we accept client referrals.  If a previous client refers a new traveler to utilize our services a 5% discount will be given toward the next trip once the new referral has booked and the trip has been taken. The 5% discount will go towards the balance of the future trip up to $4000.00. No additional discounts or coupons may be applied to receive the referral discount.
